We will credit the charge card account for any returns made to us. If the original purchase was made with a check, we will send you a refund check. Returns must
take place within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We
are unable to accept CD, cassette, video or CD-Rom returns once the shrinkwrap
has been opened (unless defective or damaged). Sale items are
non-returnable.
Defective or damaged
merchandise will be exchanged for the same item. We must be made aware of any
damage or defect immediately, in order to replace these items. Jewish Book
Center of The Workmen's Circle will be responsible for the return shipping of
damaged or defective items. All other returns are the responsibility of the
customer.
